Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dashpane.app, purchasing, or using the DashPane application (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. The Service

DashPane is a desktop application that lets you organize multiple web-based feeds, dashboards, and tools in a single configurable window with custom grid layouts, saved layouts, and background source rotation.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software:

  • on one (1) computer per license, for your own internal use;
  • for the lifetime of the product, including free updates released for it while the product is actively maintained.

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Software.

4. Payments; Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as our Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in US dollars. Your payment details are collected and handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms and privacy policy; we never receive your full card information.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund and applicable conditions.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software;
  • share your license key with others or install it on machines beyond the number covered by your license;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license or technical protection mechanism;
  • use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party terms of service.

7. Third-Party Content

DashPane displays third-party websites and services inside its interface. Those services remain governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or any action they take against embedded usage. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the sources you load.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Software is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.

DashPane is not a trading platform, financial advisor, or betting intermediary. You are solely responsible for any trading, betting, or financial decision made while using the Software, including losses caused by screen freezes, data or execution delays, or outages of the third-party services you load into it.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software. Licenses obtained through fraud may be deactivated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
