Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of the DashPane desktop application license made through our checkout, which is operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee for cases where DashPane has a technical issue that prevents normal use and that our team cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email [email protected] from the address used for the purchase.
• Include your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt) so we can locate the order quickly.
• Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, typically completing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Conditions

• Refunds are not granted solely because you decided you no longer need the Software after activating and using your license.
• A refunded license key is deactivated, and the right to continue using the Software ends with the refund.
• We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse or fraud (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across different accounts).
• If you bought multiple licenses, each license is treated individually.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence. Where an EU or UK statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase and has not been waived during checkout, that right remains unaffected by the conditions in Section 4.
